There's a lot of room for improvement. This company comes unannounced every time, with pallets of items I didn't know where coming, so I am scrambling to get someone to my adress to receive item, they leave items on the street, side walk and wherever they deem necessary. I had a recent incident with them where, through no fault of their own, delivered to the wrong street number (intermediary shipping company changed my number from a 76 to a 79. Which is odd but... okay) but delivered it to the wrong ZIPCODE. When asked about it, was given description of the house near mine, I went to the house to see if it was there, had them verify it was delivered there, customer service swore up and down that it was and they would fix the delivery that day. They then deliver it to 76, but in wrong zip code, swore up and down again they did the right then, and then said it was my house they delivered it to! When I called back I asked them to get GPS location of delivery, and found it in wrong zipcode, again customer service yelled at me because they delivered to adress on the bill... I asked them if they understood how zilcodes work (as I know how they work since I OWN A LOGISTICS COMPANY... the dispatcher got very rude to me. I asked him to tell me this difference between mine and where it was delivered to... after 30 minutes passed by he apologized to me and got it redelivered. If you have an opportunity to ship through this company, dont.

A playset we ordered was delayed, and we had to reschedule delivery for the following week. I called once I saw the shipment had made it to Scranton and spoke to literally the nicest rep ever. She got a hold of the manager who was able to get our order on the truck that morning and we had it in an hour! She made my son’s day! The delivery driver was awesome and brought it up our gravel driveway!

These people really scheduled me an interview for the Scranton location for me to take a half day off at my job and drive 34 minutes just to be told when I get there "oh sorry that was only supposed to be for internal employees" ... These people don't even have the decency to call or even at the very least email me and tell me this. Already seems disorganized, glad I didn't get hired here. Really mad me mad

If I could give zero start I would. My fiancé and I ordered two large pallets of tile from homedepot and the delivery was handled by Estes. They were supposed to deliver the item the day prior to the day they actually delivered it. We even had a window of time that it was supposed to be delivered. They never arrived and I contacted them to see where the delivery was. The man I spoke to said they would deliver it the next day- Probably sometime in the morning. This was a little frustrating but that's not really that big of a deal. Our shipping confirmation said they would deliver to a driveway or covered front porch. Because the shipment was so large we wanted them to deliver it to the driveway so that we could unload the tile into our garage. At about 10am I looked out the front door and they had already unloaded the pallets off the truck. They put the two pallets of tile on the road...a public busy road. There were three men. Two of the men were just sitting on the pallets of tile and the third man was standing there talking to them. They were just chatting for quite a while. I went outside and told them this was supposed to be delivered to the driveway. They said they couldn't do that and left. They literally left two pallets of tile on a public street. The pallets were not even on our property. Not even close to being on our property. I called Estes and told them what happened and they said "Sorry, its curb side delivery" Someone could have came and took the tile because it was on the road. On top of that my fiancé had to unload all of the tile off the pallets and into the bed of his truck and make multiple trips to our driveway to unload it. Our driveway is not long or anything but the tile is to heavy to just walk it to a driveway. They could have literally drove their truck into our driveway and took the pallets off the truck. This company is horrible.

Delivered a pallet of tile to my home and did not bother ringing the doorbell so I could have them place it in a convenient location. I came out to find it in the middle of the driveway between two of our cars. I'm sure the driver thought it was good placement, but since there was a third car (mine) directly in front of it behind the garage door, not so much. I called Home Depot who transferred me to Estes who said they could not get a truck back there that day--all I was looking for was so one with a pallet jack to move it 10 feet. Nothing the next day. I called the following and got someone who said they would call me back and implied he might be willing to do something, but he never bothered. I'm a 69 year old woman, and one by one I moved 33 cases of floor tile so I could get my car out. Obviously they don't care a whit about my opinion or customer service, but I feel a little better that anyone who does can read this. FYI, several of the cases have broken tiles visible on the top. Not sure if Estes handled the order all the way through, but if so, they were fairly careless about it too. One case clearly got poked with a forklift.

I purchased a bed frame from The Home Depot it did not arrive when expected because their truck "broke down." The delivery guy would not deliver it to my door because he had to go up 2 flights of stairs he left a 120 lb female to struggle with a 130 lb item!!!

I ordered an item from home Depot on 4/25 was told it will be delivered 5/7 however it was not. When I called they said they didn't have the correct size truck available and now I'm going to wait another two weeks or more.

This company and the people who work there went above and beyond to help me with an order from Amazon that wound up in their facility. The seller of some furniture I bought massively miscalculated when my order could be delivered, and we couldn't wait the extra week they didn't account for. Not only was estes kind, but one employee even went out of their way to text me pictures and dimensions of my order so I could make sure it would fit in my car; which saved me a lot of money on renting something to pick up with. Thank you guys so much for all your help and kindness!
