I attempted to explain to the threader that I wanted my brows kept thick and only cleaned up. I left with two completely different brows. One rounded with no arch and one more boxy with an arch. Highly dissatisfied

Did a decent job on my eyebrows. The woman could pretend to give a $hit though, perhaps put down her phone, make eye contact when speaking to the customers, and not be so rough with the person in the chair. Just my opinion…

Don't ever use your credit card.They charged my card $58.58 for one eye brow session.They are scammers.I tried to go back and resolve it and they told me I was wrong.
