Email says my package is out for delivery since earlier this morning and it's still not here. I made several attempts tracking it and on my last try the driver's name was given Email from their website says it's been on the truck out for delivery since 4:46 AM to now. I haven't been able to get any answers from calling the 800 number either except for total avoidance from customer service. I took it further by asking to speak to a Manager/ Supervisor and once again... Nothing!!!!! The most annoying part is they're not even located here in PA and refuse to give you the number to speak to a Manager/ Supervisor in this location or wherever they are. I can't barely understand what they're saying to me since their " English" is not easy to understand!!!! Sounds like everyone I spoke are in the same location and using the same script to read from!!!!! Two separate calls and nothing..... Total Waste Of Precious Time!!!!! I'm 💯💯 sure they're outside of the US and for this obvious reason alone is exactly why they're not able to transfer me to any..... "Manager/Supervisor!!!!

Easy to find and was able to ship my fed ex package. They were able to scan my code and print the label.

I don't own a printer and walked in to this "On Site" FedEx shop in Walgreens. I had a FedEx label on my phone. I asked the gentleman if he could print it from my phone. He insisted he couldn't do it unless I had a QR code. I told him the FedEx label only has a bar code. He said he couldn't do it.I went right down the block to an authorized FedEx shop and asked the same question. He printed it from my phone and shipped my item in less than 10 minutes.This is why this particular FedEx place gets two stars and that was generous.
