Opened my account a month ago. They closed my account for "Administrative decision", but didn't send a letter or tell me why. I filed a claim the prior week, checked in every day regarding status, and they said they'd let me know within 10 days. They did not give me anything despite going into the bank almost every day to deposit money and seeing them every day. Supposedly they "know you by name".I found out because I tried to deposit money into my account and it said "Card lost". Mind you, this is a Thursday and the end of the month. So, all my bills get halted, my paycheck gets halted, and I get to go through hell trying to rectify everything. Stay away from this bank.

The team at the Washington Avenue branch make going to the bank a pleasure. They are the reason I am a Fidelity customer.

The most unprofessional bank I’ve dealt with. We had a loan for a truck we had that had been sold. With the truck, everything went smoothly, however recently we sold the truck back to a dealership who took over the rest of the amount. We took out another loan for a car, which got delayed due to Michele in the call center not submitting paperwork and never reaching out to us for the necessary documents. My husband had to call every time to check on the status just for them to tell us that they were pending information from us, which they never reached out for. My husband had to reach out to the top manager to finally get the loan approved. Well, this past Friday we just got charged for the truck that we SOLD, and when we went into the bank to ask why we were being charged, the employee there told my husband: “well what do you want me to tell you, someone has to pay it”. We will be going to the BBB and filing this with higher ups and recommend against any business with them.

I’ve had nothing but problems with Fidelity Bank. My mortgage is through the main Scranton branch. Our property insurance and taxes we’re supposed to be paid from the money in our escrow account. I received notices that the bills were never paid by Fidelity Bank when we had more then enough money in escrow. This Saturday February 26th, we dropped off another tax bill hoping this one will be paid on time. The young woman at the counter took the bill and gave us a time and date stamped copy so we can prove we brought it in. It was supposed to be given to the mortgage department, it wasn’t. This is the email I received yesterday. The mortgage department received an empty envelope. This is not the first time they’ve lost paperwork pertaining to our mortgage.

By far thus the worst bank you can ever deal with. Poor customer service, lack of professionalism and Scammers. I open a car loan with thus bank almost 4 year ago everything was fined into i checked my credit report . This bank had never sent me a letter neither a statement into just yesterday after i persuaded to get one for over a month. I have auto payments going out my debit card with the full amount of my payment. My credit report started to showed missed payments and my monthly payment went up from $328 to $484 without any type of communication . I have make many phone calls but the problem has yet no being resolved . My credit has being damaged and no one has responded for i would not recommend anybody stay away from Fidelity bank or anything related to this institution.
