Just went for a lifetime alignment recheck, so it was $0. The place was busy but I was out in about 1.5 hours. I will return. The penzoil 5 qt. $29.99 oil change seems unreal. The advisor there at the time told me they use Penzoil Platinum.

I was first told that the entire process would take 2 hours the day before I dropped off the vehicle. The man who set me up for the service was polite and professional the people who work on Thursday are NOT professionals. I was told when I dropped it off at 10:00am that it would be done at 1:00pm I returned to the store at 12:40 and sat in the waiting area until 3:30 before some guy came out and said that they were having issues with the tire machine and things were moving along now. So I sat there like an idiot waiting and waiting they clearly saw me and didn’t say anything to me. They clearly saw me as I watched them sit and eat chips as my truck sat up with the hood up with no one working on it for hours!! The lack of professionalism and the lack of common decency to let someone know what’s happening. I would have gladly went about my day if I was told there was an issue things happen I get it but to have such a unprofessional attitude towards people waiting is really disgusting

Don't waste your time. Awful scheduling and timing. Wanted to try here because it's within walking distance from work. I initially made an appointment over the phone with a woman for an oil change who told me there were openings available and i was scheduled for 1pm. I go to drop my car off in the morning and got told I'm not in the system and that they are fully booked but would try to fit my car in and add a tire rotation. Unfortunately they couldn't get it done so I rescheduled in person at the desk to bring my car back in the following week. I brought my car back in for the time I was scheduled on my day off and once again I get told I'm not in the system. How when i scheduled it in person??? I was then told they could take my car but there's 3 cars ahead of me. At that point I thought about it for a bit and asked for my keys back. They tried to reschedule me but after being scheduled twice already and told both times they couldn't find my name, I went up the road and took my car back to Mavis where I know at least know my appointment will show up and they got me in & out quick. Awful first experience. Never coming back here and definitely don't recommend.

If I could leave 0 stars I would… I had an appointment for a brake service and planned on waiting. I was okay with waiting a few hours because I knew it would be a longer job to complete. I parked my car in a parking spot and that’s where it sat for 2 hours. My car never moved, unlocked, photo taken, looked at period for 2 hours. This place is a joke. To add to it a guy dropped his car off the other day and was promised to have it ready by 12 for him to get there and then say oh we haven’t started it yet and it should be ready in about 3 hours. This place does not care about anyone’s time except increasing their labor hours to get more money.

Absolutely never going here again! The last time I was here I had an appointment scheduled for 8am and my car was not touched until 9:47! I left my job early to be courteous of the technicians and show up on time for my appointment! I got there 10 minutes early just to sit there 2 hours before they even pulled my car in the garage! Also, walk ins were being seen before me! Not only was I sitting there for 2 hours but that early in the morning I couldn't even go anywhere to entertain myself as everything was closed.

In for an alignment and said we needed a few things as usual. One of which was wheel bearing hub-- Took to our shop and NO it was the brake and roter NOT hub.

The counter employee was absolutely the most professional ever. He treated not just myself but every other customer in store and on the phone with the same courteous and professional service. Went for my first PA inspection stickers, I expected an issue, but we got the new tires needed to pass inspection in the same visit while we waited.

The Dickson City management needs to take some classes in scheduling. If you wait for an oil change, average is about 2-3 hours. If you drop off, who knows when it will be done. They told me with an hour left it would be done before closing even though I dropped it off at 10 am. I also believe they do rush services if this occurs. Was told I didn’t need a tire rotation. It was close to their closing time. I beg to differ. Would not recommend this location.
