Went in to shop at 4 pm on a Tuesday. Couldn't try anything on because fitting room was closed. I asked out of curiosity why. They were to crowded and busy so they shut them down. Seriously on a Tuesday afternoon? And that's how you handle a rush? They lost my business

Just called the store to see if they can check on a sweatshirt for me. The manager on the phone was very rude and they wouldn’t send anyone out on the floor to check for it for me. They acted like they never heard of anybody doing that before.
