I don’t shop at game stop too often but I called looking for wires for my PS3’s and I called the store and spoke to Katie she went above and beyond for me I brought in my PS3 and she sat there and tested so many cords for me making sure she was giving me the right ones she’s absolutely amazing! It’s not too often you go into a corporate ran store and actually have someone sit there and go as above and beyond like she did! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Originally I purchased a playstation portal online. Was not my thing, so I went to return the product. Initially the employees here were unable to process a refund because the system was acting strange (they did their absolute best, they did nothing wrong) so I attempted to contact corporate, in which corporate told me to kick rocks and would not let me get a refund.
I came back this evening, and the man working managed to help me get a full refund despite the issues with corporate.
Truly these people that work here are awesome and extremely helpful and kind, and they’re always great to talk with. I don’t shop at Gamestop often, but I will always come to this specific place because I know the workers here will always be amazing with me!

I love GameStop but every time I come to the Taylor establishment, there is either nobody there. You should call all day. Nobody answers the phone for any questions. I’ve never seen an operation like this especially from GameStop. It’s such disappointment because they’re good company.

Every time i come to this establishment, theres no one there. Everything on with doors locked. No answer on phone, or no reaction to knocking on door. AT 4PM! Absolute joke

Gamestop is a great place for a gamer but I feel the selection of items available continues to decline. I still love the store and website though even if I can't always find what I am looking for. The employees are helpful.

This place is absolutely ridiculous.Went to trade in a switch tonight pristine condition although there was a small pinpoint black mark on it in which they said I can't take it its defective.(It's literally a month old used 2 times due to the fact it cramped my hands) I took it out to my car clorox wiped it (came right off for all I know he had something on his hands).Excited to take it in on trade excellent condition brought out the ps4 took it out of the box and the thing fell apart it was sanded and the back wouldn't stay on..Needless to say I walked out with my switch.They obviously are oblivious to what is in good and bad condition means.So after driving an hour to get there I will most likely not go back.

If you have kids that game, this is the place. Their warranties are the best and the people who work at the GS in Taylor are amazing.
