I didn't even get to look around the store and every employee in the store pretty much surrounded me and my wife we didn't even get to look at nothing before three people we're already asking us what we were doing and wanted and we said we wanted to look around and they wouldn't even let us walk around the store I'll probably never go back there or spend any money with them after that because I felt like I did something wrong and I didn't even do anything I just walked in the door and at that everything I want it supposedly I had to order and wait for it I couldn't even find anything anyways cuz they wouldn't even let me walk around

Extremely helpful and friendly store employees. The associate Eric worked with me on perfecting a rusty cat cage that most would consider trash into a beautiful cat condo. Very knowledgeable about what products to use for restoration, helping me conquer every obstacle I had. Trust me I am not a professional DIY person, and returned to the store 3 days in a row with issues and he walked me through it all like a pro!!! Eric is the real MVP, I never would have received such amazing help from a large chain store like Lowe’s or Home Depot. Thank you Eric and Ace Hardware!! I’m grateful and will be a returning customer and direct anyone to your store for any home improvement needs. 10/10 best place ever!!!

Today I explained my project to the Ace salesman (whom resembles Santa Claus) and told him, “I need a bracket to anchor my steering column locking mechanism.”
He directed me to a grounding cable bracket which was spot on my mind. Then I asked him to ream out the spring clip’s hole mounting to accommodate the bracket screw and I mounted the spring clip as shown below.
The enclosed photos give a description to my final end-product of locking my bike steering column. Very strong indeed.
I highly recommend this establishment on Keyser Ave In Scranton.

Big disappointment tonight! Shame on you Ace Harware! Shop at your store at least once a week. Tonight you dropped the ball. Wandered around the store for 15 minutes without being offered a bit of help. The people you had working couldn't have told you the difference between a tape measure and a drill. No experience whatsoever. I guess if I didn't know what I was doing.I wouldn't want to try to help people either. Then, when they couldn't finally get rid of us, we walked out on our own. Wasn't going to let you waste anymore of our evening after work. Hope you get back on ball....you were doing wonderful.

Many stores are becoming a thing of the past. Everyone is leaning towards online. This is a store that I feel that people tend to forget about. They have reasonable prices and honestly when it comes to the meat department, have very good quality meats. You can go elsewhere and get hamburger ,steaks or what have you that are close to date but they have fresh meats that are picture perfect plus many items that are top quality. At the least give them a look.

The garden center has no Lantanas, but it sure has everything else! The tent set up was super impressive.... so many beautiful, healthy flowers, and charming garden decorations.

Unbelievable. Called and put containers on hold. Drove an hour to get them only to find out they threw them out because they claim they cannot sell without lids. I didn't need lids. Matt is terrible. The worst customer service and communication I've ever seen. Goodbye Ace.

Not a huge selection but instead of going to Dickson city. The problem is the staff is incredibly rude, not knowledgeable, and doesn't seem to have the time of day to help you or point you to the right aisle.
