I’ve been going there for years when it was jack Williams.Mavis charged me $93 for an oil change.They got me for a few bucks but will lose a lot more because they lost my business for good.

So let me tell you a story. I was traveling from Michigan to NY. I was on the highway and my car started making a noise from the rear wheel. I determined it was the rear caliper sticking. Had my whole family and I knew I couldn’t continue the trip with the car in that condition. Problem was it was 5:30 and everywhere was getting ready to close. I pulled in to Jack Williams and they said they could take care of the car for me. Fortunately there was an enterprise rent a car down the street. I was able to rent a car and leave my car to be fixed while I continued my trip. These guys went above and beyond to make sure my car was road worthy for my trip back home a couple days later. They checked everything and quoted me a very reasonable price. I am very thankful to the friendly staff who walked me through the entire process. I highly recommend you go to them for your car needs. Wonderful guys. Wonderful shop. Friendly service reasonable price. You can’t ask for better when you are looking for a repair place. Thank you guys again.

These guys were great! I have a 2016 Chevy Silverado with a 6 inch lift & large tires, the tires are 35x12.5 20's. I brought my truck in for new tires as well as an oil change. They went above and beyond to get my new tires installed and get my TPMS sensors working correctly. The oil change was also completed that day - Thank you very much John & crew, I greatly appreciate it!

My family and I were traveling from Buffalo NY to Waretown New Jersey and we thought we were having car trouble. We did a google search for places near us and Jack Williams Tire & Auto Service popped up so we took a chance. The staff was very friendly, Holly and Erik went above and beyond to help us as well as the other staff! We had minimal wait time and they got us back on the road! Not many places would have helped us out the way this place did and we are very appreciative of them!! Highly recommend stopping in for your car needs and their customer service is top notch!! Thank you so much for your time and help, we made it to our family reunion and home safely.
