Made an appointment for 5 got there 10 mins before and still waited in the waiting area for until 5:30. Yes someone did come out to check us in but why make an appointment if you have to wait 30 mins or longer to even get started !

I had a wash, cut and blow dry today and I am very happy with my haircut, experience and cost. I would definitely recommend for anyone to go to JCPenney Salon. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Took my four year old to see Pam and she did a phenomenal job on his, took his input and gave him exactly what he asked for. I was getting my hair done at the same time and it ended up uneven, the stylist hurt me multiple times by either ripping through my hair with her shears and comb, drenched my face and ear with water and after an hour, ultimately provided me a very uneven cut that didn’t look at all like the photo I showed her. The salon manager (I truly wish I had gotten her name) came to my rescue, gave me exactly what I wanted and offered to not charge me, which I declined. Giving four stars because my original hair dresser seemed young and like she just needs more experience and guidance on cutting hair, not because she’s not skilled. In the end mistakes were made right and I walked about with what I asked for.

Friendly staff, however, the person cutting my haircut one side higher than the other side. When I informed her, she also noticed it. However, proceeded to just cut both sides higher, thus leaving one side still higher than the other.

I had Julianna do my hair. She was very nice and welcoming! and the salon has a great atmosphere. Its a nice salon and a lot of space which is cool! I recommend it, thank you Julianna for cutting my hair:)

I've had pleasant experiences at this salon before, but the last time I was there was the last time I will ever go back to this place. I was insulted and laughed at several times by the stylist because my hair got tangled after it was washed. He handed me the brush and told me to " brush it myself since I decided to come in with hair like this" and continued to complain about my hair throughout the entire simple trim I was receiving. He then proceeded to ask why I would waste my time and his coming in for a trim. I have dealt with good stylists at this location before, but this one was the most unprofessional and rude one I've encountered at any salon. This truly was a horrible experience and I would recommend that you pay more to avoid getting treated like this.

Specifically told my stylist not to touch the top. She took nearly 2 full inches off the top and ruined my hair cut. I tried telling her mid hair cut that I asked her not to do that, politely, and she proceeded to ignore me. I now have to go to school with a terrible hair cut where I already get laughed at with a bad hair cut.Service: Haircut

First off, you can't make your own hair into a brand, so you are definitely not spending your money for what it's worth. And jcpenny has "brand" uh huh. you can get the same hair done elsewhere, and cheaper. If you have money to gift then you can go to jc mon_ Penney salon. VERY VERY PRICEY just for washing and dye. It's a joke.

I just got my eyelashes lifted and tinted my Lori and let me tell you amazing is an understatement!!! Not only am I absolutely in love with my lashes but Lori is incredible! Shes fun she has a sense of humor and she made the experience just all around fantastic! She also was running a little behind she couldn't have been more apologetic and did not rush my lashes! She's definitely a perfectionist! I will be going to her from now on she's great and my lashes are fabulous ❤️❤️
