The employees were quite friendly.
However, your lifts are rated for 6k pounds and I brought in my van for a tire rotation and oil change and my van, which is well under 6k was refused service. Why have equipment that you will not use appropriately?

Went in with intentions of going to get the car inspected at my garage the next day. When I left after paying $125+. I had a headlight out, marked as ok... I had NO washer fluid, marked as added and 0 peace of mind that any other service marked as completed actually was. This left me full of dread and sick over the money I was out. I've used jiffy lube for 30 years but this was a straight up horrible experience.

The guys are great and very nice and very helpful. Chris Ellis the General manager was outstanding and a great leader because you can tell that his team falls right behind him. What a bunch of great young men, respectful honest and they really do care about your safety and others.

I used a coupon for my synthetic oil change there. Very reasonable with the coupon. I think I will go back there to get my tires rotated for $19.99.
And I think I will get my air filters changed there. I hope they do the inside air filter change too, not just the engine air filter. My jeep is very complicated to change the inside air filter. I looked online, and you practically have to take off part of the dashboard to get to the air filter located inside the glove compartment.

The inspector, John Foster was very informative and explained everything to me in a language that I was able to understand! I had my brakes done back in August by Edward Vitock and they are still in great shape(8’s and 6’s to be precise) and it eases my mind knowing that I have mechanics that I know I can count on and trust at Jiffy Lube!! I will Never go Anywhere else!! Thank you Jiffy Lube(Meadow ave) I will continue to bring my vehicle there and will highly recommend to all my friends and family!!

Q, Tj, and the manager are very helpful. They put the customer first always. The team at Meadow Ave is rock solid. No does it better when it comes to customer service. Always a positive experience.
