Stopped in yesterday (Sunday Aug 3rd) and was warmly greeted by Zoe!! Who helped my with my purchase...left with an awesome pair of sneakers and socks I had no intention of buying, but the deal was too great to pass up. Zoe is by far one of the nicest associates I have ever had the pleasure of being helped by.I felt like I was talking to my best friend!

Called journeys at my local mall Beaumont mall in Scranton, Pennsylvania to find out where to park so I did not have to walk far. The woman who answered told me exactly where to park and directed me where to walk once I entered the store. I asked her if they had the specific book bag I was coming to buy, and when I walked into the mall and entered the store, she had it there waiting for me. She also pleasantly announced that it was 20% off. From the time I parked my car to the time I left the store was three minutes. I would have spent more time and spent more money purchasing it online! I wish more employees were as a friendly, helpful and accommodating as Madison at the Viewmont Mall! I will definitely be coming back to this store.

DONT ORDER ONLINE!!!! Quick to take your money and then you don't get anything until over a month later. You try to talk to someone because your order says pending but when you ask for a refund, all of the sudden your order is being fulfilled and there's nothing anyone can do. They WILL NOT cancel it for you and they WILL NOT give you your money back, but if the shoes EVER show up, you can return them for a full refund at the store or SHIP THEM BACK. When you say that, that's not what it says online, the rep will say it's under the FAQ page. Maybe you should make.it more clear whe people order online. I'm sure they get the return in 2 days and then what, i have to wait another month for a refund??? So while I wait months for something that NEVER comes, the $500 I spent on them just sits in limbo because you can be certain that they don't wait to charge you until they're shipped. Nobody can help though, even though it probably just takes a phone call. This company has shoddy business practices and treat their customers like they're idiots. So I guess I'm broke for the next couple months with NO SHOES.

I received the wrong shoes that I ordered and as compensation for me having to drive to another mall to return the wrong item I was given a crappy coupon for $10.00 off a $75.00 purchase. If I would not have return the incorrect item to the nearest store I was told it could take up to 4 weeks for the right item to be sent to me. I will NEVER be shopping at another Journey's ever due to their poor compensation due to an issue that was THEIR mistake.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, but there was one that stood out from the rest. She took a lot of time to help me find the best options -- especially by going in the stockroom to find every shoe in my size (14) and by helping me to make the best shoe selections! I felt really appreciated as a customer, so thank you!

Nice selection, but service wasn't up to par. Not sure if it's due to the virus, but they didn't measure feet, nor lace up brand new shoes. Maybe I'm used to the old fashioned full service where clerks would do this. I may aa well have gone to a big box store.

This was first time shopping in Journey's and was surprised at how friendly the staff was. The girl who helped me was patient and very attentive. I used to work in a similar store and know how hard It could be when dealing with customers. The price of the shoes I bought (Sk8-Hi Black and White) where far better than the other stores in the mall. I was really pleased with how the store is run. The manager should be proud of their employees.
