Entirely awesome experience! I would recommend to everyone. They did a beautiful job repairing my car. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They even cleaned my car inside and out! Who could ask for more? My general mechanic, George's Garage, recommended them and I'm going to give George a big hug when he inspects my car next week. ❤️

Couldn't match the black on my Ford Edge...fender and bumper are different to the car now! Had to go back 3 times to get AC fixed (gas would leak out). After a year, the gas leaked out again and their service no longer under warranty.
Update: after many years, I found that Kelly's people placed a bolt in my thermostat to keep engine temperature run cool...not good.
Edit: After 6 years, I find a zip tie on the transmission cooler line!! This place is as shady as it gets!!

I would absolutely recommend Kelly’s!! They were extremely responsive and quick to get me in and out! When I picked up my car, it was cleaner than ever!

A few months ago my 2019 subura outback was sideswiped. The entire driver side was damaged. My experience working with Kelly's was amazing. From the time I brought it over to be looked at til pick up, every interact was fabulous. I'm very happy with the work, short time it took. Best of all, the car was returned cleaner than ever, inside and out. Can't say enough great things.

Unfortunately I've had to use them as a body shop for two accidents now, but both times they've done an absolutely wonderful job! The last body shop I went to messed up the paint on my bumper, didn't put in my headlight properly, and was an overall nightmare. Kelly's is the opposite. They are friendly, on time (taking the parts shortage/difficulty finding older car parts
into consideration), honest, thorough, pay close attention to detail, and are always easy to reach on the phone! I've never once had an issue with Kelly's and highly recommend them if you ever need collision work done! Hopefully nobody hits my car again, but in the event they do, I will definitely be calling Kelly's to schedule it to be fixed. Here's the before and after photos of when someone hit my parked car while I was at work. They wrecked my front, but Kelly's made it shine once again!

Customer service wasn't horrible but when I was told that my vehicle was ready for pick up and was all done when I arrived found my truck was missing parts and my engine light was on and it was not when they received it and the paint job in my opinion I could have had better results with a rattle can. Runs down the entire site of the bed and on the other side it's like they decided to go for a more textured feel dirt all in the paint and not to mention the orange peel very disappointed was recommended by a few people I know and wish I honestly brought it somewhere else

Scheduled an appointment for a large dent on the side of my van. In less than a week the van was finished and looked amazing. I was pleased with the exceptional service at Kelly's. They worked around my schedule and I received a great price for the fix. Thank you Kelly's Collision!
