No one ever answers the goddamn phone and your system isn't set up like every other place to put people on hold until someone is available, just leave a voicemail that'll probably take days to respond.

I've unfortunately been going here regularly for years for endocrinology blood work due to hypothyroidism and PCOS. It's usually fasting blood work and that's not any fun. However the workers are great as I am a regular and I've never had a problem except when I misplace the lab orders (my own fault.) Nobody wants to get up early to do blood work but they make sure I am seen in a relatively short period. I am not praising Lab Corp corporate or anything but I've never had a problem. For some reason the Geisinger next door doesn't get the lab work which is kind of silly because they could fax the orders or walk them over but all my other doctors are able to get the results with no problem so who knows. It may be a Geisinger issue?

this the only place i have ever been to where i had to wait almost 2 hours to take a piss test, I could understand if there was a lot of people, but there weren't too many people, and the staff just kept conversing and conversing and conversing (amongst themselves) instead of doing their job, A bit unprofessional.

Did a walk-in for blood work and was not there for more than 20 minutes. There were 3 people there when I arrived and everyone, including me were in and out. The staff were friendly and did their job efficiently.

Worst place I have ever been to for bloodwork. Have an appointment? Yeah that doesn't matter. Two people were in front of my friend and I and didnt get seen until 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.A lady checked in 10 minutes after me and stood next to the door where they let you back, they saw her and brought her back immediately, skipping over 4 people who were, at that point, waiting for over 20 minutes just to be checked in and seen. The excuse the lady gave the patient was "they were having a meeting". THEN DONT HAVE ENTIRE STAFF MEETINGS WHILE YOUR LOBBY IS FILLING UP.Not to also mention the way they bring you back for privacy purposes but you can hear everything they are saying.Absolutely ridiculous and terrible service. Worst place I've ever gone to for bloodwork. Never again. The two ladies at the front desk were just gossiping and laughing instead of getting the rest of the lobby checked in. Not an apology or anything for making my friend miss his class, despite an early appointment time.The other people were in and out in under 10 minutes once they actually called them back. Absolute waste of my time. Couldn't even get my bloodwork don't because they "didn't have my paperwork". They also violated HIPPA for another patient, asking if I had a mother by that name. After I said no they told me she had the same last name as me. Thanks for telling me about that patient! The lady at the front desk needs to be fired ?

I have been using LabCorp at Mt Pleasant in Scranton for years. They’ve always been friendly, courteous, efficient and the facility is clean and organized. Check-in is easy. Lab results are quick.

Went there for a drug test today. One of the best labcorps I've been too!!! Great service!!! 3 days Prior, I made an appointment prior online(you can also do walk in) I would def recommend doing an apt because it gets crowded fast. Enough parking at the front. Very easy to find with a sign that says it's on the second floor of the Geisinger building. You self check in at the kiosk. Your name appears on the screen & when they're ready, they'll cal you in. Got there at 11:05. Had a 11:15 apt but they took me in at 11:10 and was put by 11:30. Extremely friendly staff who you can tell love their jobs! The nurse who helped me was named Pamela, super nice lady! Y'all give her a raise frrrr

Whenever I need labs done I come here, the ladies are always wonderful! Even when my doctor office screws up and makes me come here 4 times when it should have been once, they were amazing every time and very helpful, and just genuinely nice, and I appreciate it.

I have been calling Lab Corp for 2 weeks leaving messages and no one has returned my call. I took time off work to go there in person and they closed early. Still have not been in contact with anyone about my issue.

Since your hours are now until 2 PM, I suggest that it be changed on your site as well. To save people from driving 19 miles out of there way only to be discouraged about this change!
