Someone should clean all that litter up that blows around. Hell I'd come do it for free, looks terrible.if it were just secluded to recycling center wouldn't be so bad but it blows under the fence and back into the river. Kills wildlife.
Lmk , I will gladly volunteer to come clean it up.
