We where in today to transfer the title and registrar a vehicle my girlfriend bought and the girl on Luzerne Street was such a huge help. She was friendly and helpful but also we were able to do these transactions separately and we didn’t have the $60!for the plate transfer.

Love this place! I dread most notaries they are boring and take forever not here though, I go out of my way to go to Leonard’s the staff are all so much fun it literally makes my day better!

I was in this office today to get something notarized and spoke with a very nice gentleman about what was needed. He was not a notary and had to ask his coworker for assistance. The large woman with blonde hair wouldn't acknowledge him when he notified her of my request. He asked her again and the same scenario played out. The gentleman kindly asked me if I could wait a few minutes until she could assist with my request. I waited for what felt like forever for her to finally assist me. I don't know what this ladies problem is, but I have never witnessed that kind of unprofessional behavior in a workplace before. This situation made me feel very uncomfortable and in the future I will not be visiting this location because of her. She is rude and unprofessional. This would not be the person I would want representing my business. I do want to say THANK YOU to the gentleman that attempted to assist me with my request and feel sorry that he needs to work with someone like that. I realize it's difficult to find good help, but there is no reason a customer should have to be subjected to such unprofessionalism. I don't usually review interactions I have with team members at businesses, but this one really made me uncomfortable and people should have a heads up before they make a decision to go to this location for anything, especially if they risk an interaction with this blonde lady.

They were great. Robin especially! She knows what she is doing and she is efficient. Sheer helped me with an out of state title transfer. It took more than one trip to Leonard's but that was because of my bank. I would highly recommend Robin. I mean this tag and title location.

If you have to have anything done with your license or car registration, go see Robin. She did a great job very helpful very courteous.
