Sitting in the waiting room for my oil change and tire rotation and Mrs Burne checked on one of the guys who had been waiting for a while. She asked and made sure he was being taken care of. And she could have completely ignored the guy and his time waited. But she noticed and said something. Her actions alone earned huge respect from me simple gesture from a genuine place.

I bought my car about a month ago and I was notified that there was an opened. Recall, I called Matt B Honda made an appointment scheduled my day dropped it off. They were done in three hours picked it up effortlessly and I was in the middle of paving the parking lot and everything. They never even know it they were very nice professional. I will go back there to buy another car.

Michael Harrity is an amazing salesman. The guy is a great man who knows what he’s talking about. The buying process was a pleasure. No high pressure and I got a great deal. I have been buying cars for 50 years and this purchase the easiest one.

I had a very positive experience at this dealership. I worked with Jamie who provided me with all the info I requested, as well as photos (since the car I wanted was not in stock). My car was delivered on the exact day they promised and the entire team was very efficient in completing the transaction. No nonsense.

Service was able to quickly and efficiently answer a plethora of questions I had regarding a pre-certified Honda Ridgeline that was purchased from a different dealer. They never hesitated with any question I had, and they did follow-up questions and gave additional useful information at times. Was very satisfied with the experience I had with them.

I wanted to send you a sincere thank you for Morgan and your service department. My little old reliable 2008 Honda CRV started having a noise that appeared to be come from the engine compartment. I feared the worst. At 197k miles I hoped I'd get more life from my Honda but couldn't complain if that was the end. The worst part is I'm new to the area and didn't have a mechanic out here in Scranton. Your wonderfully honest and knowledgeable service department let me know it was just a simple repair. They could have told me it was dead and tried to sell me a newer car but no, it was a simple fix and I'm back on the road. Integrity means something to me. While I myself am not looking to replace my old reliable vehicle, my husband is. He wants a brand new civic and now I know where we'll be getting it from. You've got a customer for life. I’ve been to many dealerships over the years, but it’s a rare thing to come across one like Matt Burne Honda. They go above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. I had a small issue come up while my car was being serviced, and Ms Burne herself came over to talk to me and figure out how to help. You won’t find that level of customer service many places in 2023, but you definitely will at Matt Burne Honda. I will be a customer for life.

My first ever visit for service was really good. While the.part needed had to be ordered, and a return visit needed, i was treated quite well and impressed with how orgjnized they are. Hopefully when i return and have needed part installed, the car will be back to normal.

Rude in the phone when you try to get service, constantly complaining about a lack of employees, and when you finally do get an appointment, they act like they are doing you a favor. The decline in customer service here is sad. Bad business practice.

The employees at Honda are exceptional. They are consistently friendly, helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. I’ve been buying cars off of them for years. My family has as well. I highly recommend anyone to trust Honda for a high quality vehicle.

Excellent experience! After shopping for 2 weeks I walked into Burne Honda and was pleasantly surprised by the greeting I received by the receptionist Carol. I met salesman Bill Healey, explained what I was looking for and soon after I was test driving a Honda Civic. After negotiations and all questions answered by the knowledgeable salesman Bill, 2 days later I owned an in stock Civic EX. The day I picked it up I met one of the owners Brian and had a nice chat with him. I'd also like to acknowledge the finance director, Kevin, I received a phone call from him after purchasing the vehicle to make sure everything was handled correctly and that I was happy with the vehicle. This is the first Honda vehicle I have ever purchased and I will definitely be returning to Burne Honda for my second one.
