Don't fall for the lies of the business name. They are not a one hour cleaner or a same day cleaner. They only have cleaners 2 days a week. I drove 25 minutes so I could get 4 items one hour pressed. Their site says they need it in by 11 am. Needless to say, I was there on a Tuesday--when they do not have any cleaners working.
At least update your website and business name.

I gave it 3 stars because of their hours...who opens at 7am & closes at 3pm when people work during those hours. So I would literally have to leave work on my break, my me time just to pick up my dry cleaning. I've never met a cleaners closing before 530pm

I don't really use much dry cleaning or Tailoring but Mercury Cleaners when they had their other location in 2010 on Main Avenue they fixed the zipper on my brand new Timberland coat they did a wonderful job it's still holding up until this day I highly recommend them they don't take you to the cleaners you're already there no seriously they're fairly priced even their washing machine

I have visited several times needing to wash quilts. Prices are reasonable. Staff is helpful and friendly. Establishment is clean. I do wish that they had a restroom for the public.

I have been to this location for dry-cleaning on several occasions, and they've never given me an issue. Located on Keyser Avenue near a strip of other stores, this location isn't difficult to find. Likewise, there's plenty of parking available for a quick visit. I've only ever been here for dry-cleaning, so I can't speak on the do-it-yourself laundry services. The dry cleaning, however, has always been excellent. They've gotten out tough stains and my clothes have never shown signs of wear or fading. The reason for 4 stars is because, while the service is good, it's not as fast as they advertise. Definitely not one hour... more like a few days. If you send something in on Monday, depending on the amount and time you drop your clothes off, you'll likely be able to pick it up on Wednesday. Apparently, it's one-hour dry-cleaning if you're there before a certain time in the morning, but that's on speculation and I've never confirmed that. Maybe it's time for some due diligence. Additionally, the staff isn't super friendly. Not mean, just not the type to really smile at you...at least in my experience. Last notes: since COVID, the hours here haven't been as good as they used to be. They open at 7 am and close at 3 pm, M-F, 7 am -12 pm on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays. Not great if you have to work during those hours. Overall, I've never had issues here. While they're not as fast as advertised, the service is good enough for me to keep returning.
