I was appalled somebody run a business a higher somebody that doesn't speak English and not have somebody there that can speak English so the person had to call to get a translator to speak English here in the US

I walked into Metro in Allentown with an issue very upset and they gave very poor customer service. But when I went to the metro in Scranton for help I got the best customer service. The sales representative Stephanie Waleska was very helpful and gave the best customer service that I could ask for. She was able to understand my problem and help me find the best phone and plan for me. I would definitely go back to the metro in Scranton PA due to the great customer service that I was given.

I made the mistake of going to this store because it was closest to my job. I went in for an issue that I knew that could've been done for me but the lady straight up lied to me and said I had to purchase a whole new phone line. I get out of there and call Customer Care and well what do you know?, yes the rep tells me I have to go back to the store to be able to get it done. I am not going back there, I am going to another store. Hopefully there are competent workers that can help me.
