I made the mistake of going to this store because it was closest to my job. I went in for an issue that I knew that could've been done for me but the lady straight up lied to me and said I had to purchase a whole new phone line. I get out of there and call Customer Care and well what do you know?, yes the rep tells me I have to go back to the store to be able to get it done. I am not going back there, I am going to another store. Hopefully there are competent workers that can help me.

Oh my goodness, I've finally found a Metro store that works for me. My customer service experience was personalized, friendly, and affordable! What more can you ask for? These are the things that matter the most. It was everything!! My wait time was short, and I noticed that returning customers enjoyed their customer service experience, as well. I had arrived so distraught over an old phone having completely died, but a nice young lady, by the name of Leah, put all of my worries to rest. She was very understanding and quite knowledgeable. She did all she could to revive my old phone,, and even helped me to explore all of my other options. I'm truly grateful for her patience, assistance, and expertise! I'm extremely satisfied, and I definitely will be returning for all of my cellphone needs in the future. Thank you so much, Leah!!

I feel like all Metro dealers not just this one are scam artists and overcharge you and pocket the cash. SMH oh and they won't hesitate to talk to ya man instead of doing their job like a professional does.

Today I went to the Metro PC's in west side of Scranton on S.main Ave. I went in to pay my phone bill and they didn't have any change. What kind of business doesn't have change? I went to the store to get change and I come back to Metro PC's to try to pay my bill again. I walk in and it is very loud & they are screaming in Spanish! Very dissatisfied! They are not acting professional. After a 5 minute wait the lady Finally helps me! She puts my phone number in the computer. It was more than expected. I am on the $40 plan. I got a text my bill is $44.67. The lady at the counter said it is $48.00. I ask why it is my bill $48.00? She said something about s $3.00 fee. I couldn't hear with the others in the store screaming in Spanish! Very very dissatisfied! Not good customer service! I will NOT go to this Metro PC's location again! Go to another Metro PC's if you are in Scranton, PA. Clowns work at this location! Too much riff Raff...
