If you want to be treated like absolute garbage by all means, visit this store. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.I've been a metro customer for YEARS and went in multiple times for an upgrade the last couple of months (my phone is over 4 years old) only to be treated rudely and not get one. Went in one last time today and was greated by a extremely rude woman asking me what I want and when I explained and requested a specific phone she immediately became ruder than anything snapping they only had two phones(why are you displaying phones you do not have.... ?false advertising??) one I said I did not want because I've heard horrible things about which she snapped at me over because a manager has it and has no issues ... well, that's good for them, but I'm not buying a phone that's known to have issues. So I said fine tell me about the other phone .... she glared at me and showed it to me (waving it around).... great customer service ? then proceeded to ignore my husband and I while WE looked up all the specs and details about it ourselves! Again, great customer service ?... after looking it up OURSELVES and discussing it I agreed to purchase it and I asked for a price and got " well I don't know it has to be looked up" and then she proceeded to NOT look it up and ignore us as we repeatedly asked for the price. I gave up and started talking to the nicer clerk behind the counter, leaving my husband to deal with her. She FINALLY decided to do her job when her manager walked in the door but then gave my husband a price well over the price it is advertised at(he looked it up because he felt she was trying to scam him and she was) the manager stood there the whole while gawking and doing nothing while she was rude and unprofessional. I finally had enough and walked out of the store saying I'd take my business elsewhere since I'm going to be treated like absolute garbage there.I will be calling Metro Corporate about this issue.

I went with a friend to see what was going wrong with his Metro PCS cell phone ?. He found out that he had his WiFi on and he didn't need to have it on in the first place.
