I dont understand. They have a Phone Number for Customers to call, But it goes directly to voicemail and cant leave measages!!! So why have a phone? Now i have to go in person for a simple situation!! Terrible!!!!

theres a spanish lady about 35-40 years old. absolutely one of the most rude condescending non helpful people ive ever encountered. would rather stuff her face with burger king fries and talk under her breath. you guys should employ people that dont mind talking to people as their job. i am a veteran simply helping an elderly woman try to fix her phone issues and this lady has just made it a nightmare for her and i. i truly feel bad for anyone that needs to come to this store.

This store has a really bad people the are scam people the charged me extra money with no reason and when I asked for the receipt the said the machine is broken.

The truth is, terrible service. I went to make a payment for a device and the employee didn't want to do it. I had to go to another point on a metro by T-Mobile and they treated me very well and if I was able to make the payment, they told me that it could be done. the payment only that the employee did not want to make the payment, the truth is, what bad service we have🤦🏾♀️🤬

I'm complaining about the price point the phone says a price and then there's an activation fee but then they add 30 to $40 on top of that for accessories which is not disclosed until after you purchase it this is unacceptable I feel it's a bait and switch the customer service was great but I feel the customer should have the right to refuse accessory purchases

TERRIBLE STORE AND EMPLOYEES. Went there for an upgrade, was told the phone was $230 w/accessories included. I get home and look at the receipt to see the phone was only $100 and the accessories were NOT at all included. Now they don't want to give me a refund for accessories that I didn't even ask for. Kristen Kasmerski is EXTREMELY unprofessional and should be fired. When I spoke to her on the phone today, while the manager was next to her, she told me she was trained that way, cursing and talking over me the entire time and then hung up on me. The manager actually allows these employees to speak to people with zero respect. They're the reason I'll be going to a different phone provider. I'd give zero stars if could.

Don't like my phone at all. State no more than 50 a month, but my first bill is 70. Go figure. Plus, they will not exchange my phone after I found out it is not compatible to my hearing aids.

I needed a new phone and didn't know much about them. Randy helped me pick one out. He was amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Because of him I won't shop elsewhere.
