Just an all around five start experience!! The staff in this store treated me, my wife and my in-laws with just pure excellence. It was surely a pleasure and just good vibes from the time we walked in the store until the time we walked out the store.

Horrible customer service! I’ve never felt so u comfortable in a place before. I went there to look at rings and get my finger sized. The two girls there were the least helpful and the most annoyed. The one girl would look to the other for answers but the other girl stood there with her arms crossed and rolled her eyes or would shrug her shoulders. The girl who was suppose to be helping me got annoyed that she had to keep sizing down because I have small fingers. I told them what I was looking for and they gave me the opposite. Neither one answered my questions or helped me in any way. I ended up walking out and going somewhere else. Customers should never be treated this way.

HORRIBLE! Extremely judgemental! Nasty manager! Refused to help me! Questioned me repeatedly about where my jewelry was purchased. Ironically it was all bought at that location less than a year ago! I will never purchase this brand again based on the treatment from the manager and her staff at this store!
