I’m on a fix income due to a medical disability, I get barely enough to make it, they don’t care, they want money..just like every other company in this town they don’t care, they won’t work with you.

Nothing American about a water company who doesn't allow a dog to take a stroll around one of the few lakes in the region. Also, stop calling it a lake if it's a reservoir. Lakes are owned by the earth and don't discriminate against canines.
