I’ve been using this bank for years. My company uses this bank. First time ever going into this branch. A man sitting at a desk with the name card Josh on it provided terrible customer service to the point that I felt disrespected. If I’m going to have my money somewhere I expect to at least feel like I can trust the people handling it.

I've recently moved down the street from here and obviously switched my bank location.. I've only been to this one on Davis St a handful of times but so far I'm satisfied with their services. They are pretty fast even when they're busy.
