Great store with a good selection. However, make sure you check your receipt before you leave the store. Because sometimes they'll claim that clearance items are only for rewards members and will charge you full price.

Went to pet supplies 12/20/24 approximately 8or 9pm. Bella was so mean to me In the store she threw my bags so hard to the side and almost broke my stuff in the bag because she didn’t want to help me and explain some prices I was confused with. Lisa step in and was so nice and showed me around and explained the price and how to become a member. Also a young man during that night hr was professional and respectful. It was my first time excited to shop for my dog in this new store and I will not come back again. Maybe if the fire Bella I would come back. Manager need to check her and fire her and reward Lisa. Thank you Lisa! Your very professional.

Not to bad it's got everything you usually need fo all types of pets. Seems stocked with fish usually etc.

The lady there took a picture of me because I felt the temperature of the fish water wgen there was no sign telling me not to. she then screamed that i was allegedly trying to eat the fishes there. very disrespectful people as they clearly would rather gossip then do thier jobs. thanks pet supply minus

Grooming department... This was the 1st time I brought my dog here to be groomed. Finley is a 5yo Sheltie. The groomer Holly is such a sweetheart, and Finley loved her. The problem is he had his bath on 8/30/24, and it's only 9/2/24 and he already smells. His nails were cut, but his paws were not trimmed. He also has alot of matted hair on his belly which weren't there before his bath. I gave her 3 stars because the groomer was such a delight!

I did purchase a budgie which was fine but the employee was not that helpful nor was there any small bird toys to purchase for the cage only large toys no mirrors or balls or small bird toys been here several times and same things no selection plus they could not find my nmbr for the sales price and had pay full price when came back to buy bird the other employee found my info so I find it very sad to go there agn ty
