For what is worth, definitely not interested in providing customers complete service. Withdrew $400 from the ATM and was charged 3.75 fee which was fine. But then I go in to get a couple $100 bills for gifts, and despite it being December 21, they're are no $100 bills available. Then, the teller tells me she will give me some of her limited amount of $50 and asks for my debit card. I tell her, I only have a car loan and a non-profit account. So the find the car loan, but that's not sufficient to exchange 300 worth of $50s for my $300 worth of $20s. So then they tried looking up my non profit local union account (which my name is on and they can't find it). I gave up, like really just to exchange some bills? Just a bad experience. Will definitely not be my choice of bank I'm the future.

SECURITY IS HORRIBLE ATM IS UNSECURED AT NIGHT. HOMELESS PEOPLE SLEEPING IN THE ATM HALL MAKING IT UNSAFE TO USE AT NIGHT. MANAGER REFUSES TO SECURE THE ATM.

My boyfriend spoke to different workers on different days regarding his account and direct deposit, not one person decided it was worth it to mention his account has been closed since last year. He recently set up direct deposit for his job and was unable to access his money and the check was bounced. Finally after speaking to yet a 3rd worker, he was made aware of his closed account. If only someone knew how to do their job none of this would have happened.

Tried to cash a cashiers check drawn off there bank an was a hassle, took a few out of it, didn’t have the money to give me had to wait a week, tried calling several times no one answers, what’s the point of a cashiers check if they can’t cash it??

So I had an incident tonight I had went to the bank with my husband the front customer service at the desk told us somebody would be with us shortly and to have a seat... So we sat there about 15 minutes every office on each side was filled with customer service but we were sitting there was a Spanish lady 2nd office on the right very tight clothing black curly long hair... kept looking at my husband and acting all fresh running her hands through her hair every time she looked at my husband she purposely got up at least three times to tell us that she would be with us just to go back in her office to come out and tell us that she would help us I said no thank you and we walked out so we ended up going to another location customer service was more professional and very respectful...We will not be going back to Penn Ave locationI feel disrespected and she's very very unprofessional disgusting trying to get a married man's attention basically the funny thing is she got mad when I told her we were good and we walked away LOL my husband was laughing because she thought she was going to get the attention that she was seeking ?

First of all very very bad service. Not professional. Then they claimed my money was counterfeit and sent it to the department of homeland of security. The worker that supposedly helped my out was Christina McGuire. Then today I went to the atm machine that’s at the same bank and they atm machine took $330 from. I don’t know what’s going on with this bank. But from very bad experience DON’T GO.
