It was my first time here and I LOVE IT. It was so professional here and only took 15-20 minutes to be seen with no appointment. Additionally, it took around 1 hour and 30 minutes to get my acrylic nails and pedicure done. They were both so friendly and I’m definitely coming here again.

My first time visited Pro Nails, beautiful warm welcoming techs Lin & Kelvin. My Daughter and I had a wonderful experience and I had tried other local salon and was told only by appointment. Here I walked in and was immediately greeted by Lin and she had a customer and said if I can wait 15 minutes. Which I did and I will definitely drive 50 minutes to continue doing my mani & pedi. They are professional and it’s a clean salon. Thank you both for a great experience.

Terrible service the lady at station 7 nasty attitude did a crappy job on my toes came back did an even worse job never again will I go here!

I have been getting my nails done with Kenny for about 6 years. Compared to the place I used to go to I will continue to go to Kenny until I move from nepa or he stops doing nails. My nails look good they are healthy and when he finishes my nails do not hurt. The other place my nails hurt like hell.

I went to get a refill and She cut them down really short as I told her not to And my one point of finger is Shorter than the other one I highly do not recommend them Save your money

I’ve come here before and really appreciated the service today I arrived and the nail tech seem to be in a very poor mood. She did my nails quickly and shrugged me off. When I asked for suggestions for a better design she left my hands wet, and I asked her for a towel and she ripped it up and put it in front of me. The customer service was poor and horrible

Absolutely horrible !! My little sister (15) got her nails done here today.. long story short they were absolutely awful and almost all of them were crooked … the man here continuously insulted her saying she has crooked fingers and its not his problem to fix, mean while i have pictures of her nails being done professionally and properly and they indeed are not crooked … this young girl is 15 years old starting a new school year this week and she left this place in tears while the workers laughed and mocked her … some of them whom also claim they are parents themselves such a shame!!! 65$ this girl worked hard for and they refused to fix them for her.. as a parent myself i could never imagine treating any ones child like that !! I understand the business end with product cost and everything else but that means you should be extra cautious when doing the set from the start so you can insure there is no mistake also i know you have been doing nails a long time so instead of bullying and telling people there fingers are crooked maybe just take responsibility and fix it .. i know for certain that the nail is crooked and im not a nail tech there is no way you can tell me your not seeing the same crooked nail as the professional

Today was the first day I had went to the nail salon. Honestly was a good experience. I called ahead and got right in for my nails and toes to be done. Not a bad price overall for the gel it was only $95 for both and he did a great job doing the nails very impressed by them.
