Veronica was very attentive and knows what she is doing. The dogs are well kept when I went there. I purchase my dog there. The dogs a little pricey but other then that she did a good job. Thanks Veronica for following up with us.

Every time I’ve walked in this place (Scranton location) the staff has always been super nice and yesterday I couldn’t resist bringing this guy home with me. The family couldn’t be happier and so far so good. I see a lot of bad reviews and to each their own but I’m very satisfied! Will be taking him to the vet soon to finish up his shots and hopefully I have a happy healthy pup!

WARNING! DO NOT BUY PUPPIES FROM HERE!! SCAMMERS!!!They're deceitful and unjust. I should've followed my instincts and left but I didn't and now I have a puppy that is not what I expected for the extraordinary price. When I reached out to the store in less than 24 hours to return the puppy I was told I could but without a refund. They actually thought I'd give them a puppy that I paid over $2,000 for & let them resell it. This place is a scam!! The first time I was told about no refund was over the phone when I called to return the puppy. The guy on the phone suggested that I sell the puppy on the internet to try to get my money back.

EXTREMELY rude staff. Got very nasty with my 9yr old son. Dont waste your time going to this place. The sad part is the victims are the animals that are desperately crave attention. A business that argues with people posting reviews on Google is a joke. I am here to say that all the negative reviews on here are 1000% accurate.
