Had a recent blood draw at Quest and was very satisfied with appointment. I have been using Quest for years and I love the easy check in process from the Quest App on my smart phone. I had very little wait time, less than 5 minutes. My technician was very friendly and professional and
I was finished in about 10 minutes.

Used this place twice and will be looking for somewhere else. Not impressed. Made appt. No one in the waiting room. I could hear them in the back talking. Nobody comes out for 15 minutes. No other customers but me in the place. No sense of urgency to help whatsoever. They drew blood on first appt then called me to tell me the test didn’t work. That was a new one on me. I observed one woman struggle with the kiosk and ask for help. Left to fend for herself. You decide if you want to use quest.

The new young black lady drawing blood is TERRIBLE ! 2 months in a row she poked and poked and bruised my arm, I’ve been going here for years and ….never…had an issue with them getting my blood ….i will NOT be returning here again.

Walked in and there were no appointments. No big deal, I'll call the number they offer to make an appointment. Except the number is just spam trying to sell you a medical alert device and you can't speak to a person to make an appointment at all.

The Employee that took care of me on my last Appointment was not very professional. I got there before my appointment time because you guys take walk in. I understand that there’s other people that have appointments so I was just sitting there waiting for the people that have appointments to be taken care of first I didn’t ask. When was my time I didn’t ask how come people were going in before me because I know this situation I know People that go in before is because they have that appointment now I could hear her talking to another patient about it and she was saying oh I don’t understand why people set appointments for later and then wanna come in early and think that we’re just gonna take them before other people, I dont understand why her madness , why she had to be unprofessional to talk to another patient about it because I never asked. I never once asked when are you gonna take me? I was just patiently waiting there. I was around the area and I just wanted to take advantage because I don’t have a ride , so I don’t wanna walk home to then have to walk back to get my blood work done. I hope this don’t make my visit worst ,I don’t wanna have to deal with my results taking longer. I go there a lot so, I dont want my results to take more longer because I need it. My doctor needed the results for that same day and I went there super early like at seven in the morning and it still took longer for her to get, she didnt get them the same day.

I scheduled online to avoid waiting around. Worked out great. The kiosk works well to sign in. Nice waiting area. Loads of parking even after the grocery store had a fire. The lab is fully operational. I was just doing a corporate drug screen. The process was smooth. No accidental billing to my account at Quest. Went directly to the employer account.

Easy to deal with. Used to be better when you did not have to have an appointment and could just walk in. I am sure there were reasons for this change though and it happens. The techs have always been kind, polite, and considerate over the years there. Can't ever say that I had a bad tech take care of me. Would be nice if there was a Quest closer to me than an hour away. But we can't have everything. Definitely recommend this Quest though as they do their very best to keep things orderly and on time. Plus, the place is always very clean!

Needed a last minute test done, it was quick and convenient to order online. I was a few minutes late to my appointment, the woman was very understanding. She was very quick, nice, and informative. Test results arrived within 24 hours (however she said that is not guaranteed). I would absolutely use Quest again!

Didn’t know if I could walk-in. Drove 1 hour to get there because no way to call and ask this question. Of course told I need a doctor referral. Called Dr-they sent referral. Want to call to confirm before I drive another hour. No way to call them.

Amazing amazing service. I drove a long distance from NY to have my blood drawn out of state and it was such an easy blood draw I barely felt the needle.
