My salesman Mark C and Marisol in customer service went well above and beyond taking care of my needs. I am a hard person to please when it came to making a mattress purchase. There is no pressure when it comes to sales there. I can't thank Mark enough for putting up with me (lol) Always smiling and easy going. Marisol too!! Any questions or purchase problems get solved immediately. I would definitely make future purchases there. Thanks again .

The experience was really great Franco the salesman went above and beyond to try to make sure that we were absolutely satisfied and that we got exactly what we wanted there was no pushing sales pitches he sat down with us and took the time to explain everything thoroughly the experience was really great after we pay off what we did purchase we will definitely be back to purchase more

I had visited the store about 5 months earlier and picked out what I wanted to purchase. I returned and was warmly greeted by Beth who handled the transaction quickly and explained everything clearly. I appreciate she also showed me a couple other things I asked about. I am glad I can pick up the item at no charge.

Every person I dealt with was very nice, helpful and efficient (no wasting time). however, I was told by the sales staff that the coffee table would be assembled. When I picked it up, it was not. The staff at the distribution center kindly offered to put it together, but I didn't have time to wait and I didn't have cash for tips. So now I'm bummed I have to put it together myself. We bought a desk from you a few years ago and it took MONTHS to put the thing together, I swore never to do that again, but here I am. Makes me not want to purchase anything else.

I was greeted by Franco and explained to him I wanted a mattress and had an idea what I wanted. Firm. He showed me a few but I settled on my first choice after Franco explained the features, advantages and benefits of this mattress. He even threw in a free Queen frame for which I will be back for a mattress.

We had a very pleasant experience. Carole was super helpful and oh so nice. No pressure here. When we found the recliner we wanted, we were delighted to find that there would be no extra charge to pick up the chair ourselves. At the warehouse, the workers took the chair out of the box for us, demonstrated how to set it up-connecting the power cords and making sure all of the functions were working correctly. They loaded it into our pickup truck and off we went. Altogether a smooth and easy experience. I recommend Raymour and Flanagan for your furniture purchase.

We had a wonderful shopping experience at Raymour and Flanigan to purchase 2 memory foam mattresses. We were given lots of helpful information about our purchase and given time to make the right choice. The store is so well maintained with so many rooms full of fabulous furnishings.
