Purchased a vehicle last spring. Granted, it was an old vehicle but in beautiful shape. Paid way more than we should have for it, but it seemed worth it. After driving it for a couple weeks, some problems came up. Air conditioning did not work, shook uncontrollably after 40 mph, power seat broke, and a couple other minor things. We were told there was a warranty, but after having these things "fixed", they tried to charge us for it. When questioned, we were basically told "what do you expect for $5000?". Owner waived the charge but we were told that was it. Well, within days, the seat stopped working, the air didn't work, and what turned out to be bad bearings, were never fixed. My biggest complaint, sadly, was the fact that it was "only $5000", like it was change in someones ash tray. We were treated like lowlifes because we didn't have alot of money to spend. We overpaid for this vehicle by at least $1500 dollars. The whole situation was very disappointing. We are now paying thousands of dollars on it, just to make it safe, nevermind comfortable. Thanks for nothing. If it wasn't for our amazing mechanic, Marc Pane, it would be sitting in the driveway, undrivable.

Bought a 2012 Jeep Patriot for 10K cash on 09/09/21 .It didn't even last a year !!!Brought it to their Mechanic several times with no success .My mechanic told me not to waste any more money on this piece of Junk ! Stay Away !!!!

Late November 2017 I purchased a beautiful 2014 Honda Accord Ex-L and without physically seeing it until the purchase day. I knew it would be a great car because of my past experiences. A great, family-friendly establishment to purchase a vehicle! Kind, courteous, and helpful staff. Spotless building and lot. All vehicles restored to excellent condition. For what it's worth, I find it humorous that the previous reviewer left a bad review because the salesperson did not allow him to pay a price lower than the asking. Does this person also leave bad reviews when a restaurant manager refuses to drop the price of his meal? The world owes you nothing, sir. Visit Red Top for a quality, affordable vehicle at an "already" reasonable price!
