This pharmacy is far the most unresponsive, I have called numerous times to request refills and no answer at all. No point on having a telephone line if it’s not going to be picked up.

Pharmacy service is subpar and there is a lack of basic customer service. You can request a refill days in advance via their automated phone prompts and they still won’t have it ready when you arrive and can’t even give you a timeframe.

I've been using this drugstore for decades. Before losing my mother I had all of her scripts here too. Brian was the pharmacist when I started. If I had a question, concern pertaining to anything, he never made me feel like I was a bother. I have not had one good experience since he's gone. Although I am so happy for him, he is surely missed. This staff is absolutely disgusting!! Their rude and think they have a right to judge anyone. If they don't agree with a medication that you take. Trust and believe you will hear it in the tone and whole demener!! They all should be ashamed of themselves. They are nothing to be admired. I have never written a bad review in my life!!!!

I never seen a pharmacy that never answers the phone. This is now the 3rd time that ive had to drive across town because no was answering only to find out my prescription was still not ready after 2 days. Im going to have to switch my pharmacy. They werent the greatest but after covid this place has gone way downhill

I've been filling at this pharmacy for 20 years. Today will be my last. They do not answer their phone and the reason they give you is that they are short-staffed. I have been putting it off for some time but I guess mail-order is the way to go.

After using this pharmacy for at least 30 years I’ll be finding a new one. Picking up prescriptions there is more than not a stressful situation anymore. Just walked out after being blatantly ignored for 10 minutes, as did the person behind me. When there is NO ONE in line, I don’t expect to be standing around over 10 minutes being ignored, just trying to pick up prescriptions, very poor service ! At the least I could have gotten a “I’ll be with you in a moment “ but no, it was easier to not acknowledge my existence I guess. Sorry if you were having a bad day sir behind the counter, mine was ok until I spent 10 minutes standing there with no one in line & being ignored after my 1/2 commute to, then from work & my 8 1/2 day. Sorry to be an inconvenience in wanting my prescriptions so I could get home ?

Recently moved to the area and was excited I was close to a Rite Aid due to having great experiences in the past....but this location is the worst. Due to them registering an incorrect phone number on my account I have had nothing but issues with my medication. The staff is extremely unprofessional and you can hear it in their voices. I regret ever transferring my medication and will be returning to CVS.

This place is a mess the only RiteAid I have ever been too that doesn’t answer the phone, leave you on hold for hours, & bad communication when you do speak to someone. They also take long to have your things ready that was called in hours ahead. DO BETTER!!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use their pharmacy.

Should have gave 1 star, but I have literally used this pharmacy my entire life . I honestly don’t know how I’ve stayed here for so long. Now my 2 babies also use this pharmacy. Meds that are called in, for my sick babies take hours and hours to get ready, that anymore we just go in before hand since I’m literally waiting to get a dose into my son. Even then it takes 20-30 minutes to fill 1 prescription that was called in 3-4 hours ago, first thing in the morning. We are all over worked and under staffed, but this has been an issue well before COVID. The male pharmacist was also so rude to me, specifically when I was there for my scheduled COVID booster. Do better guys. Even some of the workers in the pharmacy are also very rude, specifically today. And it’s not just me, when I have my father in law pick up meds less than 5 times and he can’t even believe the issues and how rude he was treated. I’ll officially be getting my medications elsewhere after 27 years. I think Brian was the only thing holding this place together, since he left is when I really noticed all the issues

Something needs to be done to get more help at the pharmacy. Im trying for over 2 hours to get thru & get a prescription delivered. Busy, but got thru & sat on hold for 45 minutes, to get hung up on! Now busy again! WHAT is going on there?
