Workers cant even get the order right thats right in front of their face

Stopped at Sheetz this morning for a croissant egg and cheese to enjoy a nice breakfast before work. However the whole middle of the sandwich was so hard I threw more than half away, I guess they microwave their sandwiches 😖 which makes it very hard in the middle, I almost broke my tooth.

I don't know if it's just the late shift but the crew here always look like they hate me. I've only been here a few times, I like to order something quick to eat after work, and since they don't use the pickup window at all I have to ask the kitchen for my food. They look at me and pretend like I'm not standing at the counter asking for help. When they do finally acknowledge me they won't even say a word. They always look pissed off and just thrust the bag at me. I decided to go to the cashier instead and it's a struggle for them to locate orders. I had a receipt on my phone and they still couldn't find me. Of course it was sitting in the kitchen like it always is. I get that sometimes you have an off day, no one likes working the late shift. But I am a customer and the least you could do is say thank you.

Don’t order through a delivery app. I ordered food multiple times through a delivery app and almost every time it’s missing items, the item is missing half of the ingredients. They give horrible portions. Terrible service. Recommend getting food from another place.

Typically great sheetz to shop at but my recent order was given to someone else and mine wasn’t what I ordered. I’m not too upset as the item I ordered was kinda close to what I got but yes it was disappointing, especially when the dude hands it to me physically while saying my name lol smh.

Usually dont have a complaint about the service here. Great employees all around. Very friendly. I always hope that Alexis is working the food counter bc I know my food is going to be made correctly. I've had some other experiences where it was wrong at this location but it's been much better recently.

Avoid this location at all costs unless you feel like waiting 20-30 minutes for ONE APP PLATTER smfh, three workers and not even that busy and have been waiting for almost a half hour and still not received any food. By far the worst Sheetz we've ever been to and we will never come back, please go to Dunmore instead and save yourself the headache!!!

I just wanted to write quickly that the girl at the drive thru this morning was amazing! Super nice and even apologized to me for something minor that isn’t even her fault. She listened to what I wanted and made my drink perfect! Wish I got her name but if she sees this, thank you so much!
