Storway Self Storage is the perfect place for your storage needs. Excellent pricing and super friendly staff/owner. Very safe and secure building; I have no qualms about unloading my stuff at 3 am because I know I will be safe. They are super friendly and very helpful even went as far as to help me unload heavy boxes from my jeep and into my storage space. If I could give this place 10 stars I would because they truly deserve it. It’s really hard to find good customer service these days but at Storway Self Storage, that’s all they know how to do!

The storage is always clean and i had never had a problem getting into the gate. The only suggestion I have is on the website to pay your bill there should be forgot user name or forgot password option.

I utilized the Storway Scranton location for a little over a year. This company is fantastic and the location is very secure. From my initial contact to my last phone call, Storway has always been responsive, professional and answered any of my questions/needs. If I ever need to use a unit again or recommend one to a friend, I would 100% pick Storway Storage.

New mgmt. Big improvement. New security cameras, better lighting and very reasonable prices.I pay less than $40 for a good sized unit.Shopped around, Storway best. I'm there 5+ years. Recommend.

This facility is always accessible, secure and well maintained. Any phone contacts I ever needed to do has always provided a friendly and helpful representative. I would have no reservations in recommending Storway.

Its ok prices alittle high. They have a gimic u have to buy locks from them and a 1 time sign on fee. They are not their on site u need t call them then they show up.
