I had to assemble a new dual suspension MTB and had issues with dropper post. Dude with beard was great and fixed easily without recommending any upgrades.

I called him earlier, asking about a specific bike that I had called dahon. I told him that there is something possibly missing. I wasn’t really sure because I’m not too familiar with bikes. They told me to come in that they could look at it or whatever and I called them and they didn’t even bother to even look at the bike. They said that the bike was manufactured, but couldn’t even look at the bike just to see if something had to be screwed in the minute I walked in I just felt disrespected and how they immediately turned me down, they should’ve told me over the phone that they couldn’t look at my bike.

Excellent experience. Pleasant, easy to talk to, helpful and knowledgeable. Bought a Trek Marlin from the earlier in the year and came back for The Small business Saturday and bought a Fuel Ex 5 which I can’t wait to enjoy. Will continue to support this business for all my biking needs and maintenance. Staff is excellent.

Took the time to make sure my nine year old boy picked out the right bike to ensure as he grew and his riding ability developed that we was able to ride the same bike for years to come. Overall they have a great staff and a quick turn around on bike service too. Very well rounded shop!

This place is a local gem! Serving the surrounding communities with the highest level of service for all levels of bike owners.Please support them buy a bike, get a bike repaired or upgraded. You will not be sorry. The staff was above and beyond helpful from start to finish.I brought my childhood bike in for a very lengthy list of repairs and they were able to get it done a day earlier than scheduled.We will be back to purchase a new bike soon!

I recently purchased a bike at Cedar after I was in there bothering them probably 5 times before waiting for a bike I liked. Ben was awesome very knowledgeable and patient with me. I did shop the other local bike shops all 2 of them.. I believe they are the best to work with.I highly recommended Cedar bike

I always try to buy local and I have recommended Cedar Bike shop to friends in the past. I used to work at a bike shop when I lived in Lancaster County. I spent 8 years selling, building and repairing bikes and years working on my own and friends bikes so a friend asked me to go along with her and her husband to buy bikes. We decided to look at Cedar Bikes. I told them that what’s important is how a bike is assembled and that all of the bearing sets are adjusted probably so they last and perform well. So when I found a wheel bearing loose on a bike in the showroom, I mentioned it to the sales person and I was told it wasn’t loose and she never even checked it. On another bike the headset was loose and when I mentioned it to Kyle he told me it was fine again without even checking then he pinch the front rim between his legs so that I couldn’t check it again, very passive aggressively I might add. I won’t be recommending this shop to my friends anymore. I’ll tell them to buy online, register the bike and I’ll assemble it for them. Had I been the sales person I would have said, ok we’ll go over it good before you leave with the bike.

Great staff! Took the time to inform us on our options. Knowledgeable on ebikes. Even though they didn’t have what we wanted due to low inventory supply, we ended up going back to purchase our bike rack there to give them business.
