I’m disgusted with the treatment. I’m a loyal everyday customer to this sunoco, and I receive tons of friendliness and hospitality from most of the employees here. They know me and I know them. Larry and Carol especially, they are amazing(as well as the younger white man who doesn’t forget to see if i want mustard or mayo on my sandwich). . Unfortunately recently my mother in law received unexpected animosity from a worker named Don, and when I went in to ask when the manager would be in I received attitude and direct insults towards my mother in law from a lady working there who refused to give me her name as well as the managers name. I love this place, it’s sad to see middle aged sunoco employees who are impatient and disrespectful to their elders.

I have a 6lb Yorkshire terrier who was traveling with me from my families home in Scranton, PA to Philly. I had to stop in and get gas prior to getting on the turnpike and brought him in the gas station. Unfortunately I do not have air in my car I was in an accident and am getting a new vehicle next week. There was a sign that said no pets however I had my 6lb pet under my arm and only was getting gas. The cashier refused to check me out and continued to argue with me that if she did it for me she'd have to do it for everyone. I understand rules and policies however I wasn't shopping around nor was my dog roaming. It took me longer to tie him up outside then it did to check out. Oh and when I came out he was roaming the parking lot and could have got hit. The big woman was rude and unfriendly and I honestly wish I didn't get my gas here.

Been going here for the last 5 years never had a problem, I look foward to seeing the people that work there because they are extremely friendly! The red haired lady on the other hand, could use some manners if she works with people everyday. Multiple occasions where I had to ask her why she is being so rude to me AND others for no reason. I walk in today and she told me I couldn't park my car where i've been parking the last couple years? I run in and out of the gas station so for her to say something about where I park is very disrespectful. Honestly this red haired lady should be fired for such lack of respect for customers!! DO BETTER SUNOCO

Tried to play a 5 dollars treasure hunt card and the kid wanted to charge me 20 dollars I explained that it is a 5 dollars card and he got arrogant been going there every morning for years never again.

This was my second attempt to get gas here. Upon entering both times I saw that the cashier was wearing a mask below his chin , and there were people hanging around inside who also were not wearing masks. Apparently this is a common practice at this gas station. Once again, I had to leave the store and find another gas station. I do not appreciate it when other people make a choice for me and possibly endanger my health and my family’s health. Shame on you! You should care more about the people who keep you in business!

Today was the second time I attempted to get gas here. Upon entering, I noticed that the cashier had his mask down on his chin, and there were people hanging around inside who also were not wearing masks. This is obviously an acceptable practice at this place. I do not appreciate other people making a choice for me and possibly endangering my health and my family's health. I left without purchasing gas.

This owner of the store is completely rude and ripped me off for 30$ and refused to give it back when I said something. He yelled at me in the middle of the store to a point where my boyfriend had to step in and say something to him. I would rather run out of gas than ever go here ever again. If I could rate this place a negative rating I would.

They screw up and give you the wrong products but refuse to make it right. They remodeled the atore bit maybe it should have been their customer service and ethics. Watch so you don't get ripped off too. I know i wont as they have lost my buisness after over 30 years

I'm personally not a fan of the masks, but we have to wear them, it's mandated by law unless you have asthma etc...so explain to me why neither customers nor EMPLOYEES were wearing them when i went in today. Granted, they had plastic completely surrounding the cash registers, unlike most stores in the area. But I thought it was mandated by law and it can't just be pure coincidence that every employee and every customer besides me would have asthma or whatever?? I'm not trying to be a Karen here but aren't they breaking the law??

Not really the cleanest, or the safest (I was there during a robbery once when I was a kid), or the cheapest, but they have always had gas and cold drinks. What more do you really want???
