Have to call tollfree number and had to deal online. Online customer service was great. But this man....never want to go there again

Needed a phone in a hurry so I went to the store instead of ordering online. Added monthly bills for an insurance plan and $80 in overpriced accessories without asking me. Gave me a sim card for an extra line that's "free", but no phone to use it in. Did not have time to argue due to a family emergency and they took full advantage.

Went to check out a new plan and said we'd be back. Without my permission the salesperson put me on a plan without me knowing. He said oh its cheaper. We went up to T-Mobile in Dickson city and was more costly. Bad customer relationships and very untrustworthy

Wasn't able to use my UK charger which I badly needed due to a cancelled flight. Staff at the store went above and beyond to help me out and made sure I was ok (I didn't get your names but you know who you are). Really appreciate all the effort and what a wonderful team and asset to the store! A big hello and thank you from London (finally made it home after 3 days delay!)

Here to return a phone we got because we thought our phone was gone. It's not gone and told can't return new phone cuz there's NO MANAGER here. Worked retail my whole life and I know someone must be on at all times to fullfil returns. Horrible customer service!!!!!! Would give -10 stars!!!! Why would I call you to fix the problem. I needed it done then not a week later when you got back to me. I contacted customer service. We were there 2 different days and never saw a manager.

I like the service but they find ways to continue to charge u after a phone is paid off.. I was being charged $13.00 a month for insurance for my sons phone that was paid for months ago.. and my bill never went down. also if you pay late and want to talk to someone they charge you

Better service than Viewmont Mall store. But 3.5 stars more appropriate. Neither Steamtown or Viewmont has any height of ambition . A little bit more friendly than Viewmont.

The manager Eric is rude and constantly has an attitude. I am not a T-mobile representative, don’t give me a dirty look when I ask questions that you think are stupid. Needs new management.

We went to the store to buy a new phone and adding a new line, Customer Relationship Manager Eric showed his arrogance in responding to our questions .It's a waste of time to go to this store, instead, consider other stores.Despite the fact that T Mobile provides excellent service, individuals such as Eric are tarnishing the brand's image.

Miserable experience. They assured me I could keep my phone number, but that didn't work out. Then I was unable to make or get calls in my phone for 2 weeks. I probably spent hours on the phone trying to straighten it out, was told to go to a T Mobile store to resolve it. One was a Metro store, the other store couldn't help me, finally found the right store and they couldn't help other than to install the sim card. That didn't help either This was in Jan. Now I just got a bill for $115.00 and after another hour on the phone, found out the only way to get rid of this is to go back to a T mobile store, show them 2 forms of id, and maybe that will end this nightmare when they call and verify something. They wanted to know the pin number I set up in Jan. Really? I threw out all traces of T mobile. I'm sure others had better luck but I will never use this company. Good luck!

This seriously might be the best T-Mobile store in the world. Anytime I have problems they fix it right away. The employees are so nice and friendly. Tyler is the man, he’s helped me with a ton of things over the last few months. Definitely go to this store if you need a phone.
