Literally the best phone retailer experience I have ever had.I need to start by saying that I first went to the T-Mobile corporate location 3 minutes down the street to try to get a new plan set up with my husband. we were blatantly lied to by the associate working, Nico. He wouldn’t allow us to enroll in the 3 line plan with the price quoted to us online, saying that it was impossible. So my husband and I decided to try this location out since it was so close by.We were greeted by a friendly face, Lindsay, who truly went above and beyond to help us. She was able to easily assist us with the plan we asked for and she stayed late after close to make sure we were all set up. She was knowledgeable, efficient and truly had INCREDIBLE customer service!Save your time and come here first!

Lindsay was amazing! We had major difficulties working with the corporate location down the street. She made our day and made everything we needed come true.

We waited 40 minutes for a worker to come back from lunch break. Was informed he was gonna be longer because he ran to Sheetz. Then was told it would be cheaper if we just did it online. Then was told the phone we wanted was out of stock... Bad for business....

I’d give 0 if I could. I had the worst experience there ever and two years later it has gotten even worse. I had an issue with my phone two year ago and customer service told me my SIM card was the issue. I came to this store for a new SIM card and was told the phone was the problem and was convinced into buying a new phone. I was told the charger, an Apple Watch, and a case with screen protector (which was put on in store seemingly habitually which I’m told is NOT company policy) would all be greatly discounted as a bundle. The price I was told versus what I was told I’d be charged the following month were drastically different. I also had to go to a different T mobile store to have the phone I was sold fixed because the storage available on the phone was NOT what I was told it would be, and my phone was dangerously inoperable. I was able to return and be refunded for most of the purchases that I feel I was tricked into, including the watch. However, I received a notification that my watch was almost fully paid off. This being the watch I returned a day later. Turns out the watch, the service fee, and the protection plan were still being charged. The number for the watch was different than my own so maybe this is how it was gone undetected. I’m over 23 months and 1200 dollars into paying for a watch I RETURNED A DAY AFTER BEING TRICKED INTO PURCHASING!!!!I’m disgusted. I went to the store asking for a SIM card and was grossly misled by the employees I trusted to know what they were talking about. I would NEVER recommend this store.

Visiting the T-Mobile store in Viewmont mall was a great experience. Bao was the representative that helped me out during this whole process. Bao was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and patient. Great staff as well. Thanks!

On October 7, 2023 I went to a T-Mobile store located at 100 Viewmont Mall 842, Scranton, PA 18508. I went into the store and HUNTER helped me. Hunter told me about a promotion and a trade in value. Hunter asserted to me and multiple other people including the account owner that the promotion they were running was for $350.00 PLUS IN ADDITION the trade in value of the old phone which was valued at $260.00 for a total of $610.00 being applied to the new phone making the installment payments a total of $24.58 monthly. On October 12, 2023 the phone was received and I was to do the deferred trade in for the old phone. Went to a T-mobile store near home and was told that the information I had was inaccurate and I should call the store that provided that information. On October 14, 2023, I spoke to a representative named Jennifer over the phone (recorded calls) and explained the situation, she promised me a call back Monday October 16, 2023. THIS CALL NEVER OCCURRED BECAUSE SHE NEVER CALLED ME On October 16, 2023 after failure by Jennifer to call me back I called again and was transferred to Nadia another rep. I explained the situation to her and because of the situation she sent me to her Supervisor Danielle. Danielle said that there was nothing they could do to honor the price the EMPLOYEE gave me on October 7, 2023. T-mobile's employee misrepresented the terms of the promotion to MULTIPLE PEOPLE IN RELIANCE THE MISREPRESENTED TERMS THE AGREEMENT WAS AGREED TO TMOBILE DOES NOT WANT TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THERE OWN EMPLOYEE'S ERRORS. To put into context, there was misinformation provided by TMOBILE'S EMPLOYEE who they TRAIN and who they are RESPONSIBLE FOR. As a result of the inaccurate information my payments are higher for the new phone then what was represented to me on October 7, 2023. I tried to speak with TMOBILE and they refuse to rectify the situation saying they cannot do anything about it. After 13 years I believe it is time to leave.

I usually pay my bill by phone but since T-Mobile's been hacked I didn't trust it so I thought for this one time I'll just go in and pay my bill and I never did it that way so I went in and the young man who couldn't be bothered said put your pin in I put my pin in which I thought was for T-Mobile to access paying my bill well it didn't go to times on my debit card I do not have a pin So then he accused me of having a bad card I don't have a bad card I pay my bill always on time I don't need this kind of experience from The young man at T-Mobile especially when I pay my bill all the time and I buy my phones there and I've been a customer for several years now I've never been treated so rudely as I was with the young man at the viewViewmont mall

Worst experience ever. Bao the assisting person wouldn't let us in the showroom saying there is traffic in show room when there was not one customer. What the heck . I was there to buy phone . Hearing they have good service I tried switching from At and T but humiliated us after even asking to let us inside the showroom???
