I never post bad reviews however a week ago I bought a vape from this store when I went back to get cartridges the person behind the counter told me he doesn't sell the model I have and I must have gotten it somewhere else. When I explained that I defiantly got it there he called me a liar. If I where his boss he'd be fired. I would never talk to a customer like that.

This so-called property manager came outside being really rude while my daughter was feeding the seagulls he was really rude with my three-year-old daughter standing right there being really mean because my daughter wanted to feed the birds know I'm going to get a hold of the corporation and explain to him that your property manager is an a****** and being really rude to a three-year-old little girl

This place is a joke constantly never having the cigarettes that I needed one of the best selling cigarettes they have their Eagle reds The owners don’t care about the customers when they are personally working the customer service is terrible when you ask them when they’re going to get the cigarettes then they always blame it on the distributor the story is disgusting dirty and understand

Never had a problem getting what I need here. The selections are endless. The people are very friendly. There is a parking lot with handicapped accessibility.

Don't buy anything from this store unless you know you aren't going to want to return it. I bought a zippo, never even took it out of the box, brought it back 12 hours later and they told me they would not give me my money back. I had the receipt too. I will NEVER buy anything from this store again, not even a pack of cigarettes. That's a real easy way to lose customers and they just lost 5, because my brother, boyfriend, and 2 cousins said they will never buy anytjing there again either. Good job tobacco road!!!
