Grudis Optical in Scranton Pa. : Tom Grudis and his daughter Stephanie during a Pandemic and Snow picked up my 87 Year old mothers’s eye glasses from her at her home after she fell and damaged her lenses. I live eleven hours away but they were just a call away! So very helpful, Tom and Stephanie kept me informed all the way. Even called me in advance prior to going to my Mom’s house so I could prepare her for the visits. Tom even cleaned the snow from her steps and delivered her glasses . This is a Great Family owned and operated business! Excellent Experience and Wonderful people!

Stephanie and Tom Grudis are so helpful. And they only buy a very limited number of each eyeglass frames so that you will have a unique pair that you won't see on anyone else. Very cool frames. While getting glasses you can look around at Stephanie's unique, limited collection of the jewelry, purses and scarfs. If you are looking for a special gift that no one else carries - you'll find it here. I'm a longtime fan of this shop!

Unique, personalized service. Low key. No pressure. No BS. The process was actually enjoyable rather than stressful. Vastly different from the chain store experience. Since I described Tom Grudis' to my wife, she can't wait for a new prescription!

I just had a wonderful experience with Tom Grudis Optical. My situation was somewhat unique, and despite that, I felt that they bent over backwards to make sure I left happy. When picking up my glasses, they helped me make sure I absolutely loved the way they looked and fit. Additionally, I had the opportunity to see the team interact with a client beforehand. He was a 5th grade boy picking up some very cool looking frames. I watched them take the time to fit, adjust, refit, adjust and generally tailor the experience to him. He could not have been happier and the attention to detail left me feeling very positive about my decision to get my glasses here. I will definitely come again and would highly recommend it to anyone who asks.
