TRYBE offers a unique approach to health and fitness, based on a philosophy centered on empowering people to live healthier, better, happier lives. Owner Michelle Romanaskas is an R.N. and fitness consultant who has dedicated her professional life to helping people reach optimum health. The TRYBE concept came to Michelle based on her experiences working with people over the years. “I realized that people often have better health results when they can connect and support each other as they work to reach their personal goals,” says Michelle. “TRYBE will help them form those connections and empower them to make lasting changes in their health and their fitness.”
