I’m disappointed to hear that one of their employees was fired recently for putting his life on the line to stop a criminal from setting off an explosion. Police cannot always be close by when needed. The customer service has been great when I’ve gone there, however.

Between the panhandlers allowed to loiter both inside AND right outside the door and the fact that the kitchen worker plays on his phone instead of working so that there is rarely any hot food at breakfast time, I'll find another store to give my business.

Depends on when you stop how long your there. During the week avoid the place in the early morning. They are to busy making coffee you wait to pay for anything. Later it's fine
