Bathrooms locked! I'm a grown man and I'm not asking another person for permission to take a leak! I will no longer be purchasing fuel or any other items from this store. Prior to this I'd get fuel 2x a week and food daily.

I’m disappointed to hear that one of their employees was fired recently for putting his life on the line to stop a criminal from setting off an explosion. Police cannot always be close by when needed. The customer service has been great when I’ve gone there, however.

Always filthy. Staff is extremely lazy. Constantly closing the kitchen early in the night. I'll stop there around 5-6pm and they will say the kitchen is closed as they sit around on their phones doing nothing while the store is a complete disaster

I never write reviews but I feel as though this needs to be said. There are some workers that work in there that give people a hard time for no reason. I was traveling through and I stopped at their store to buy cigarettes and they ask for ID which I gave them with no problem . After literally 3 minutes I asked them what was the problem because?.. That's a long time to stand there staring at someone staring at your. ID that is valid and legal. But because it was another state these workers could not figure it out so I asked them. What was the problem and they said You're not from here your ID is from Georgia and Went on this tangent about how they couldn't read my license and I asked them to just scan it. That's what we do in Georgia and they told me to leave and refuse to serve me!! absolutely incompetent. They probably were on drugs and seem like they were ducking in and out but I'm not im not sure.... the fat manager n her skinny co signer literally make the store not even worth it. Just goto the sheets down the street n save urself the trouble, just avoid this place at all costs. They can't even do a simple. ID check for cigarettes for god's sakes.

Very late on a Friday night and I stopped here for gas.. there was an exorbitant amount of teens playing in and around the parking lot. I don't know if this is because it's close to school. But the loitering teens were rather bothersome. Standing in front of the doors. Hanging out at the counter. Loitering in the parking lot. Messing around with vehicles and with the gas pumps. Not quite sure. Maybe Scranton needs to invest in a bowling alley. Management may want to take note of the detrimental effect this may have on paying customers. I'm not saying that these children are not paying. I'm just saying that it's a nuisance to have them loitering mischievously around a parking lot where people come to purchase items and buy gas..

Between the panhandlers allowed to loiter both inside AND right outside the door and the fact that the kitchen worker plays on his phone instead of working so that there is rarely any hot food at breakfast time, I'll find another store to give my business.
