I stopped at Turkey Hill recently and had a great experience thanks to one of the employees, Jay. He was super friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me and my friend. Jay encouraged us to sign up for the rewards program and even walked us through downloading the app, which ended up saving us money on our purchase. His positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out and made the visit much better than a typical convenience store stop. Employees like Jay make a huge difference—I really appreciate his excellent customer service and strong work ethic!

Very impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. I would particularly want to mention Kara-Lyn, Amber, and Jay here who guided me throughout my purchases. They are the real Gems here. Thank you, Turkey Hill.

First the pump didn't work, then restroom is out of order. Wonder where the staff wash their hands?

Disrespectful employees. They treat you like an inconvenience even if you’re polite to them. I go there often and almost every time I’m treated with less respect. None of them act their age. Friendly attitudes would be nice but are never present.

Friendly employees Its pretty clean but every time I go in there on third shift there’s multiple people that are hanging out talking to the cashier and it makes you feel very uncomfortable because they all stop and stare at you when you’re at the counter and I also noticed no one in there wears masks on night shift

Dear Turkey Hill Minit MarketGood ice tea but could use more double AA batteries. Still 5 stars I like raspberry iced tea and they usually have it there on the shelf most of the time in the fridge section typically every time I've went there. However, one time an employee told me that I dropped my pocket and I looked and I in fact I did not. I had a good laugh but was ashamed. Still five stars would suggest the ice-tea for anyone who wanted a good beverage for their consuming needs. Its always the perfect amount of cold and has enough tea to quench a thirst.love,Me.

Employees consistently don't cover their noses with their masks. They need to realize that this completely defeats the purpose of the mask. Exposing your nose exposes both the employee and the customer to danger. The store manager should address this with the employees and help them to understand the purpose and importance of the masks.
