Turkey Hill does not make customers wear masks in their stores. When I asked why I was told that "Corporate" told them they weren't allowed to refuse service. Shame on corporate ! Won't be returning to any Turkey Hill who cares only about $ and not their own employees or the public

Management needs to get stricter with these employees re: face masks. I just tried to go to the store but when I walked in one employee was standing at the entrance with no mask on, two behind the counter and one at the lotto machine (shoulder to shoulder with a customer) with masks not covering their noses. So, essentially no masks and no distancing. It's not safe for them and it's not safe for me. How can I expect that they're cleaning the way they're supposed to when they can't follow a mask guideline? I walked right back out and won't be going again.

Unbelievable that you’re closing at night now to save a few dollars. I guess you don’t realize there’s actually a lot of “essential workers” like myself who work overnight and still need to eat during this crisis! I won’t be back when you reopen since people like myself are obviously unimportant to you.

The service was awful and I will never shop there again. The man behind the counter was rude and ignorant. He made me wait on the other side of counter for lottery tickets and I was 1st. Then he spoke to me as if I wasn't a person. Then when I said something he refused me common courtesy and told me to leave. I would go there every day and now I will never step foot in there again as long as he works there. I try not to blame a company because of one rude person. But as long as he's allowed to verbally assault a person when they walk in and refuse them service. I refuse to gave my time and money to a company that would allow someone thats rude and ignorant to work in there store with out some kind of coaching of the right way to work in Customer service!!!!
