I needed a trailer system installed and an enclosed trailer for a one-way move. The install, including electrical, was done in a timely manner with no problems. The people there are helpful and professional. Definitely recommend this place for your hauling needs.

Their costumer service is horrible, they are rude to clients, someone of front of me was not a native English speaker and as soon as they left they were making racists comments. When it was my turn they were very rude and the women that was taking care of me second she was using her phone and ignoring what I was telling her. Please make sure to correct this issues, this is not appropriate.

Extremely rude. My first time coming for the intake the guy was short and negligent on explaining the different hitch hookups. When I showed for my appointment (I was told was 10:30, apparently it wasn't), I apologized for being late and didn't mind waiting but he was so rude or had an attitude. I understood I was late, I apologized for it but to continue to make snide comments and moan and groan about it is childish and unappealing. It sucks because they're supposedly the best in the area for hitches but to be treated like that is unacceptable and uncalled for. I'll never visit this uhaul again.

i did a online reservation for a 8' truck and auto transport trailer the guy jim i was quoted 1 price and they charged me a big different price like 80 dollars different was supposed to get free mileage nope charged me for it being rude asking a1000 questions never again am i going to this location poor attiudes
