Unfortunately the Steamtown Mall is a safe place for me to go and Shop I needed a phone and visited the Verizon store which really is called Reliance Wireless in Indian company they stole $199.57 from me I returned the phone at the grace period suggested the person manager or whomever said that they cannot give me my money back because they are taxes I'm an American I've never in my wildest dreams have ever heard of such thing I am a small woman trying to get my money back and there's these three big men Indian trying to talk over me I had Verizon on another phone telling them what they were doing and they did not let me explain what was going on in that store again a bunch of bullies so I gave them back the phone and they never returned my money to make matters worse they had connections with my mother's number which I don't know why and I don't know how they got that number still in all asking for the code of the cell phone that I returned meanwhile the phone was factory reset right in front of me to make matters worse they wanted my code I guess to get my information really horrible horrible experience they said to my mother if I do not give him a cold they're going to charge me more money I love the Steamtown Mall very much been going to wait for 12 years it's bad to have a business like that in that wonderful Mall

The company isn't Verizon , they hide behind the name, false advertisement. The real name is reliance wireless ,. Theuuy ride piggy back on the rating and reviews of the official Verizon store,, , so they steal reviews as well, as well as my 200 bucks, as well as as changing a grace period to return a phone , when i asked for my refund they said they said it was taxes on the purchase, yes 200 dollars unbelievable the modality of these people. Straight up theft.
Stay aware of these foreign scammers in Scranton steam town mall.

Live in scranton cant stream or play xbox without any delay. Have call for tech services and they could do nothing because it just a weak signal.
