I had to go back twice because he gave me the wrong prescription each time. I finally got fed up and went to another location after the constant double vision from the second prescription he gave me. I had to pay out of pocket at another office because I used up my insurance at this place. Funny thing is-after going to another location the prescription is FAR different from the one this guy gave me and i can actually see!! Run from this establishment.

Phone system is awful. Can’t get anyone on the phone, keep hitting zero and asking for a live person and it just repeats the same message. Lost a customer.

I had an appointment for glasses and contacts. The glasses came in about 2 weeks later and the trial contacts took 3 weeks. I feel like my vision is worse than before I went there. I tried the trial contacts, they weren’t the ones for me so I called to try a different kind. The new trials came in another 3 weeks. I tried them on and though they feel nice on my eye, my vision seems way off. I asked for the prescription for the contacts, they wouldn’t give it when I picked them up because it “wasn’t finalized”. I called a few days later to finalize the contacts to get the prescription and they said okay you can come in any time to pick up the prescription. I went to the location nearest me to pick up the prescription. Was told it wasn’t finalized yet and that they wouldn’t print it for me. Complete waste of my time. The Dr wasn’t in to finalize it either so I asked them to mail it. Let’s see if that actually gets done. Needless to say, I will never use Visionworks again in the future. I gave 2 stars (would’ve given less) only because your customer service rep Paul is fantastic.

For two days now I have been trying to talk to someone from the Viewmont mall store with no luck
Fist hold was 45min, today was 30 min. Of course I still havent spoken to anyone cause I hung up, I couldn't wait anymore. Im glad that you are so busy that at 15:00 your reps are talking to 70% of Lackawanna residents!
I then went to the online chat which is dreadful! They have it programmed for 2-3 wuestions and thats it.
Its a pity cause you just lost a customer.

Had my 1st appointment here today. I was greeted immediately upon entering. The doctor (Dr. Richardson) was thorough, quick (which I like to be in and out) worked with me with what I was looking for and explained everything. The technician did not pressure me into buying anything I could not afford and even made small talk with me about vacations! I will come back again. Thanks visionworks!

Super fast service to get an appointment. Trial contacts came super fast just in time for my wedding. Glasses came a day later. Thank you to the amazing for all your hardwork. All of the staff were so nice friendly and helpful. Thank you to the amazing doctor who seen me.
