They damaged the hood of my car, or allowed damage to occur while the car was in their possession. The hood will not open even though they did work such as replacing the battery. We will see what they will do to remedy the situation.

These guys are where it's at if you have a high end vehicle. 3rd guys I had come to tow and only ones who could do it without messing up my car. The guy was so nice he even told me to try to turn it into my insurance even though the car was broke down and not in an accident. I did and got $50 back!

Out of the area, broke down, female. i had no choice but to assdume he would be on the up and up. First said he might not get to my vehicle until after memorial day ( 4 days away), but amazingly had a cancellation, and was able to diagnose, and repair my vehicle within hours. I asked him to take it for a road test. there was a wobble in braking that had me concerned, swore up and down he didn't notice anything., itis beautiful, it's safe. he charged me for an air filter, a water pump,, thermostat, and extra time he claims he spent on it because he said he did. 504.00. i barely made it home, 1-1/4 hours away. without a vehicle for 3 days until Enterprise opened on Tuesday, the day after memorial day. fluids ran out the bottom into my driveway, like they did in Scranton, and the temp guage goes up to the red zone. I complained to the charge card company, pending investigating what's going on here. I find 2 weeks later, He did not install a new water pump, nor did he install a n ew thermostat. Appears all he did was dump some coolant and water into it, gave me an air filter, and charged me 504.00. If it wasn't for Wells Fargo contacting my local mechanic, I never would've known he did do any of the work he charged me for. He's a thief. Just because he's an old man, doesn't make him honest. He will put you in danger with the work he does, or doesn't do on your vehicle. he only cares aboyut getting money out of you. Would you trust thkis guy with your daughter or your MoM? Avoid this place.

Initially Went for a battery change. Car mysteriously shuts off mid-service with no explanation (so they say)..4 hours later I'm$ 320 in the hole for a battery connection and a tow which should have only ran me $150. Scranton scam artists at their finest. Thanks but no thanks only place worst is pep boys!

Wonderful service! They got us in for an inspection the day of (even though they were busy) because we were from out of town. Polite and caring mechanics who know how to get the job done right. Les was especially attentive and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely come back. Thank you Moletskys!
